Directions for Use:

For Lashes: With a clean and makeup-free area, apply the gel to both upper and lower lashes, from the lash line to the tips, several times until completely moistened. This should take approximately 10 strokes for the upper lashes and 10 for the lower lashes. Wait for it to dry before applying makeup.

For Eyebrows: Brush your eyebrows with the applicator brush, moistening the hair, especially in areas with few or no hairs, in the direction of hair growth. Wait for it to dry before applying makeup.
